We offer Meet & Greet services. This means that we will deliver the box to the address specified by you. The Meet & Greet service is free.
You can also pick up the car from our headquarters in: Snagov Intersection, Bucharest-Ploiesti DN-1 Road, Snagov Commune 075100.
Some of our premium cars have mileage restrictions. Therefore, please read carefully the description of each available model.
If the car you want to rent has a mileage restriction, then you can pay a small fee for unlimited mileage.
An accident in a rental car is the last thing you need. But, unfortunately, accidents can happen.
First of all, if you are involved in a traffic accident, contact the emergency services 112 and make sure that all passengers are safe.

All our cars have CASCO insurance, but you may pay a deductible. The deductible will usually be deducted from the deposit.
In the unfortunate event that the rental car breaks down, please contact us immediately. A member of our staff will come and collect the car and you will receive another car instead.
